Other than the little bit of noise it makes when you move your head, I love this pillow. The firmness and the feel of the Buckwheat is great. Not too firm, not too soft, my nights are much more comfortable. Though I keep a regular pillow next to me just incase I want the softness, most nights I use this pillow.

I was in Japan over the summer and one of the houses I stayed at had these amazing pillows that sounded like there was rice in them or something. I had never used such a pillow but after a couple of nights sleeping on them, I understood why it seemd that the Japanese preferred these. In the hot summer nights of Japan, I found that these pillows kept me cool. They're firmer than the pillows I've used before, which I like.
