I had a very pleasant experience shopping at this online store. The customer service gal was very patient and helpful with me while we went over what kind of massager would be best for me. When I got the Speedy Thumper and turned it on it scared me a bit, but as I started to use it it was great. My wife bought me this for valentines day and I think it's a great massager. I've tried numerous massagers and everything has always been too soft for me. This one has enough power for the massager to actually have an effect on me. Good product.
