Personal Card Information / Data security
We're hardcore serious about data security. All staff is trained in data and information security (P.C.I. compliance etc.) and we have in house rules to keep your information safe.
Your credit card numbers aren't stored locally and our staff does not have access to that data.
When you submit your sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number, and CVV), that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption software.
While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers (FireFox, IE, Opera, hrome and others) becomes locked, as opposed open, when you are just window shopping.
As we mentioned, we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
The servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure hosted environment, behind a locked door & cage in a data center ranked for their security and quality. We pay a lot to keep your invaluable information secured, and it is a priority.
