It makes sense that this would help tone the hip and waist area because of the movements you make while you're using it. I like that it's a small and easy exercise tool that you can take around with you in the house and use it wherever you want. It's lightweight so it's easy to take with you when you go on trips also, because we all know we gain weight when we're on vacation. Maybe this will help.

This is a great little product to use as exercise. I use it all the time while I watch T.V…at least it keeps me from sitting on a couch or lying down. It's really simple, just twist one way and twist the other. It takes a little bit of getting used to the footing, but once you get your balance, it's a no brainer. I'm not sure if it's helping me lose weight, but with a sensible diet and a regular exercise plan, I'm sure using this will also help tone the hip and waist area.
