We hear this all the time. Sometimes as praise and sometimes as a complaint.
What do customers mean by "strong"?
Specifically, this item has airbags that inflate to completely surround your legs and feet, holding them firmly in place while massage nodes aggressively knead at your reflexology points.
For many people this is heaven on earth for their aching feet. Its very much akin to an authentic Asian Reflexology massage, and suited for those whose massage philosophy is "no pain, no gain!"
Biggest fans of this item have strong legs, are used to deep tissue massage, and have no preexisting conditions or foot surgeries. People with knots in their feet seem to really benefit from this item.
People who are not as well suited for this item are those with prior injuries, or any level of sensitivity (quite often this will include our elderly customers). Although the airbags can help people with circulation issues, those individuals are often more sensitive and less likely to enjoy this style of deep tissue massage.
People who have sensitive feet and are looking for a more soft and soothing massager are encouraged to try our 3-in-One Foot Massager instead.

Great massager!! I really wanted something that would give the hardest massage possible and this does it.
Before I purchased this I called the 800 number to specifically say that I wanted a strong massager and the customer service agent assured me that this was it! This may not be the massager for you if you don't like a hard massage because I can see how the squeezing and rollers can be too intense for some people. The reason I say this is because I had an injury on my left calf and the pressure was felt right away. Bearable for me but that may not be the case for everyone.
In my opinion I feel that this massager is best used tilted so that your legs are somewhat slanted instead of a full 90 degree angle. Overall, a very intense massager that leaves no part of the lower legs neglected! But seriously, it gives a really hard pressure massage so don't even bother if you can't handle that.

I bought this as a gift for my mother who is in her late 70s, she was excited to try it but it was too strong for her. The roller balls actually hurt her feet. I ended up giving to my brother, and him and his wife absolutely love it and rave about the reults, so I guess its just not for elderly or sensitive feet. At least I made some people really happy! they mean it when they say its intense! Now I just got to find something softer for mom.

Great foot massager because it has adjustable size and I have small feet but my husband has big feet so that setting is really nice for us to both get a good foot massage from the same machine. The heats not that strong but the massage sure is! I actually called because I wanted to know if I could get it hotter but I guess theres some safety standard and it cant be hotter or its a fire hazzard. Well anyway, you wont beat this foot massager with anything from a mall. Its intense. Oh, and I love how quiet it is. Oh- and also theres a remote so you can change the settings while you're lying down, love that feature!

Dont be scared by the price, this one is so worth it.
Feels much more like a professional massage machine that was designed by someone who understands the principles and benefits of reflexology. You can tell its manufactured well, not some junk like some others out there, this is by Sanyo, so you know you can trust it.
Feels just like the acupressure massage of an expert reflexologist, it doesnt just squeeze your feet for temporary relief, it targets pressure points and the results are much longer lasting. Plus theres a remote. I like this one because it fully reclines so you can use it lying down for the full affect. Would definitely recommend.

Relief, your name is TENS!
Big pads, little pads, clips into acupressure sandals, clips
on to ear lobes...and easy-to-read digital display.
Plus, it runs on get-em-anywhere AAA batteries, so I am
never left without relief on the road. And since the stress
of my job and too many hours in front of a computer makes
some of pain, I frequently use the unit at my desk while I
work, using the USB power input.
Most people wouldnt need this feature, probably, but I am
grateful for the auto-shutoff. I set up the mode, intensity
and time of the treatment I want and it shuts off when that
time is reached. With my pain blocked by the device, I
actually work more focused so time passes much more quickly.
I have used another of the TENS devices offered here, but
gave it to my brother and upgraded this unit. Were both
happy about that decision.

All I can say is ahhhhhhh.
Ive tried it warm and Ive tried it cold and both uses
brought blessed relief, with a side order of comforting
cushiness that made me feel extra-pampered though I dont
always use the aromatic sachet.
Im definitely checking out the chilled eye pad in the same
material next! I saw it as I came in to write this review
and now that I know the relief this brought me, I just cant
wait!

After using this back massager for just a few minutes I felt
compelled to write a review about it.
It feels like it was built to fit my back Im 55. The
vibration was great, but the kneading nodes seemed to know
just where I needed relief in my lower back and between my
shoulder blades.
Its a little deep I guess it has to be to fit that
masseuse inside of it, so I have to push forward to use it
in my desk chair, but it fits just great in my armchair. And
that masseuse is strong! I can push as hard as I want
against the massage and it doesnt slow it a bit.
I chose almost perfect because of the extra depth I
either need a deeper desk chair or a less stressful job!,
and Id like to be able to adjust heat.

There is no doubt that using a balance ball forces you to develop the core and can make a lot of exercises much more effective.
However, I paid almost twice as much for my first balance/exercise ball at the place that was recommended by my trainer.
These are every bit as heavy duty and seem as durable. In fact, I was able to get a size that was more ideal for my height -- that wasn't an option when I made my
first purchase -- so several of the exercises like pushups are much more comfortable...so I do more of them!

My kids got me this lovely, lightweight, comfy back pillow for mother's day to use at my office.
The memory foam makes it very adaptable. The picture shows it used on lower back. I had it upside down and in the middle of my back because thats where it was hurting and it still worked just fine. It is wonderful as a lumbar pillow though, even without the vibration!
The cover is very soft, and a very pretty dark blue. It's zippered on, and underneath that is another slipcover over the memory foam. It's got adjustable straps to you can get up from the chair and not lose that perfect position. The memory foam is so comfy and the cover so soft, I even used it to pillow my head without the discomfort you'd usually have from using a mechanical device as a pillow!
But heres the very best part of all. Its battery-operated -- two little AA batteries you can get anywhere -- so there are no cords, and you can take it anywhere. This is
definitely going with me on my next long car trip! When I am not using it to give me lower back support, I will likely be using it to pillow my head against the window.

I've been looking for a really strong neck and back massager.
I bought it because of the bad review here about being too strong.
Uh, sorry, but that's what percussion means.
Their right, it is too strong which makes it perfect for me.
I'm a big guy with muscles and don't see a point buying a massager thats weak. It does feel like someones pounding you then tapping you and thats what I wanted.

I'm really torn if I love this or hate this. I guess I kind of hate it and kind of love it.
It thumps? Taps? (I have no idea what to call it) my shoulders and neck incredibly strongly.
The first time I tried it I almost jumped out of my skin.
I guess I was thinking it would lightly vibrate or something but it suddently started pounding on me like hands or fingers or something.
I thing the tapping? thumping is air, and it was WAY TOO strong for my shoulders. (I'm small)
Even on low it's pretty strong.
Did I mention that this is a really strong massage?
BUT, when my lover back was killing me, I lay down and put this punding tapping tourture machine on my back and it worked.
So I love it, and hate it and think it is either too strong or good.
I haven't returned it so I'll probably keep it and use it on the strong parts of my body.

I use it in the bath and it keeps its charge for such a long
time. My crows feet are tighter and my skin seriously shines.
I got this because there are both face and body modes, and
Ive never seen that before.
I use it on my belly because it is supposed to slim as well
as tone. I dont know if Im slimmer yet, but I still
recommend it.

I was given the Shea Terra Chocolate Sugar Scrub and Shea Butter Set as a gift. They say that chocolate produces the same brain chemicals as being in love. It may be true, because this gift reaffirmed my love for chocolate-a love obviously well-known by my friends.
I was delighted from the first time I opened them and took a whiff! The Dark Chocolate Cocoa Bean Sugar Scrub exfoliates gently but seems effective. The Nubian Milk Chocolate Shea Butter Body Cream feels just plain rich and creamy and decadent-and that's how it makes me feel.
The only downside I've encountered with them so far: getting licked in public. Sure, it was unnerving, but if you could smell me, it was understandable! A great gift, and it does makes me feel good knowing they're so pure and natural-and low in calories!

I go out of town a lot on business and I love this massager because it's small enough you can pack it up with your things and take it with you. There's nothing better than to have a massager that works with you when you're on the road. The only thing I would change about this is the heat function. I wish it would heat up more. Other than that, it's a great product.

I love my Acupressure Walking Path! Just a few minutes walking on it wakes me up and gives me a boost of energy. It can be a little painful if you aren't used to it, but I've found that the most painful spots really correspond with the parts of me that aren't feeling well at the time. For example, when I had a cold, I found that the most painful part was the part of my foot that corresponded with the lungs and chest. It was pretty crazy, but it's been pretty consistent.

He likes how it's easy to move around to different parts of his leg and how it's easy to control. He keeps trying to convince me to use it, too, because he likes it so much.

I've used other microdermabrasion kits at home before, but this product is different because has the crystals in block form and you apply that to your skin directly instead of in a cream. This will take some getting used to in terms of applying (but most home treatments do), but the included diagram is helpful for application. I think I still prefer the cream versions that I'm used to, but I like how easy this is to work on problem areas like age spots.

I bought this for my grandmother who had a mild stroke and needed something to help get her moving again. Her physical therapy sessions along with this helped her back to a point where it almost seems like the stroke never happened. It can be used as a bike with the legs, but it can also be used to help the arms, that's mostly what she did.

I happened to be in Montana for work and brought this useful little item with me and it has now become one of my "never leave home without it if you're going somewhere it snows" items. I love that it's so small I can fit it in my purse, and I just whip it out and poof, the snow's gone. I would also recommend this product.

This is the best massager ever! I had a few handheld massagers before that I didn't really like because they were too bulky and heavy for me. This one's great because it fits right into the palm of my hands. The switches on the side either give you just a percussive massage or percussive massage with heat, and depending on where you're massaging and how strong you need it, you can adjust the intensity right at your fingertipsc.I don't have to look at it each time I need to adjust something. You can use it everywhere. If you're tired of bulky handheld massagers, get this one because this is truly a "hand held" massager

I wasn't expecting much when I saw the outdated packaging, but when I actually started using it, it actually felt pretty good. The whole process takes a while, but if you use the wide side of the blocks, it's not too bad. It's fun to try the different blocks they have, too, although I don't know if I saw much difference between them.

You can tell this item is straight from Japan because there is Japanese all over the packaging. But Japanese women always look so young, so that must be a good thing. Don't worry, though, because the instruction manual is in English. As for how it works, I think it does. I've been using it for a few weeks, and my skin feels firmer.

This is a great massager. It's perfect for relieving tension around the neck area. After using it for about 15 minutes a day for a few days I felt so much lighter around the neck area. The vibrations are not to weak and not too strong. I haven't tried to use it on my lower back yet because I can't seem to figure out a comfortable position to put it on my back. But overall I would definitely recommend this product.

The Deluxe Heated Eye & Sinus Massager that I purchased from your company was a gift for my girlfriend. She suffers from severe sinus pressure and headaches associated with the pressure. She seems to get temporary relief from using the massage and heat features of the eye massager. The product feels quite durable and she should get a great deal of use out of it.
Overall, she seems quite pleased with it. The delivery took a long time, but that is to be expected when shipping by mail and to Canada. I believe you have made a very good product at an affordable price.
