There is no doubt that using a balance ball forces you to develop the core and can make a lot of exercises much more effective.
However, I paid almost twice as much for my first balance/exercise ball at the place that was recommended by my trainer.
These are every bit as heavy duty and seem as durable. In fact, I was able to get a size that was more ideal for my height -- that wasn't an option when I made my
first purchase -- so several of the exercises like pushups are much more comfortable...so I do more of them!

I am so happy that I visited your website and bought the Max Massage Slimming Belt. I have been using it every day for 10 min and it's really giving me energy after use. And about being slim, I think it's too early to say. I think it will need more time.
Otherwise the belt is easy to use and comfortable and the only thing I did not like is that I have to use it near the cable and I can't move too far with it.

I was having a hard time with the thin yoga mats so I looked for a thicker one and found your product. I used it a few times and was really pleased with the support it gave me during my exercises. This past spring I took it camping with me and it worked out great even as a mattress to lay my sleeping bag on!

I bought this for my grandmother who had a mild stroke and needed something to help get her moving again. Her physical therapy sessions along with this helped her back to a point where it almost seems like the stroke never happened. It can be used as a bike with the legs, but it can also be used to help the arms, that's mostly what she did.

It makes sense that this would help tone the hip and waist area because of the movements you make while you're using it. I like that it's a small and easy exercise tool that you can take around with you in the house and use it wherever you want. It's lightweight so it's easy to take with you when you go on trips also, because we all know we gain weight when we're on vacation. Maybe this will help.

I bought one for my boyfriend who has chronic back pain and he loves it and uses it religiously, but when I tried it I couldn't take the full 15 minutes because of my hyperextended knees. I also don't have any back pain, so I didn't feel any different afterwards, but my boyfriend says it helps him.

I bought this for my father who's always had issues with his blood pressure being too high (it runs in his family). His previous blood pressure monitor was one of those you had to queeze the ball to get the air into the armband. This one is so much easier because all you have to do is put it on your wrist, relax, and press start. It's so good to have because one time he took his blood pressure and found that it was sky high, we took him to the hospital that night and the doctors said we did good by bringing him in. We may not have known his blood pressure was so high had it not been for this little machine.

hurt on a motorcycle and is in a wheelchair. We are using the bike as part of his therapy. Probably not the intended use but it is a helpful tool.

This is a great little product to use as exercise. I use it all the time while I watch T.Vcat least it keeps me from sitting on a couch or lying down. It's really simple, just twist one way and twist the other. It takes a little bit of getting used to the footing, but once you get your balance, it's a no brainer. I'm not sure if it's helping me lose weight, but with a sensible diet and a regular exercise plan, I'm sure using this will also help tone the hip and waist area.

I love the massager...when I get a chance to use it! I need to use it more often in order to really see significant results.
I like to use it in the morning when I am getting ready for work, but it generates a lot of heat, so therefore I am limited. I wish you could leave it plugged in, that would also be more convientient.
I used the massager this morning and hopefully will continue to do so on a regular basis so I will have "glowing results" soon!
As far as my buying experience goes...your company was fantastic, very speedy service and my massager was packaged well! I would highly recommend your company!
