Tap your foot on this electronic body fat monitor scale to turn it on, step barefoot onto the scale when the display shows zero, and your weight will be revealed in 1" characters on the large, easy-to-read LCD display.
But select the Body Composition Scale's alternate operating mode and enter some personal data - gender, age, and height - into one of the 12 memories and it will tell you not only your weight, but analyze percentages of body fat, water and muscle mass. It will even give you a daily calorie requirement indication!
After showing your weight and body composition for awhile, the scale will shut off automatically, preserving the two lithium CR2032 3V batteries (included). Your measurements will be saved in your selected memory for easy reference.
