What is Acupressure?
Acupressure and Reflexology therapies have been used by Eastern medical practitioners for centuries. They discovered that applying pressure to one part of the body could reduce pain and even induce anesthesia in another part. Millions of people have found relief from pain through acupuncture and acupressure.
With over 7200 nerve receptors, the sole of the human foot is a goldmine of pressure points and is the focus of Reflexology/Acupressure practitioners. As pressure is placed on specifically mapped nerve endings, impulses travel to the central nervous system in just seconds. The brain responds to the impulse by increasing blood flow and oxygenation to the organ zone related to that pressure point. The first time I saw this product was in one of those booths at the mall, where I had the salesperson try it on me. It was nice, but at the time, I didn't feel like I needed it. After the stress of starting my new job recently, I started getting really stiff and sore. I remembered about the massager, but when I went back to the mall, the stall was gone, so I was glad when I found it on this website and bought it right away and I'm glad I did.

I love these. I only wish I'd bought more the first time, because after trying out one pair, I wanted to get them for all my shoes, so I had to place another order. They're also great because you can cut them to size so they fit into any style shoe. I highly recommend them to anyone (and I do, to all my friends!)

I love my Acupressure Walking Path! Just a few minutes walking on it wakes me up and gives me a boost of energy. It can be a little painful if you aren't used to it, but I've found that the most painful spots really correspond with the parts of me that aren't feeling well at the time. For example, when I had a cold, I found that the most painful part was the part of my foot that corresponded with the lungs and chest. It was pretty crazy, but it's been pretty consistent.

Ordering was easy and the Massage Sandals came quickly.
I looked around for massage sandals b/c I know that kind of pressure on your foot is good for reducing blood-pressure and feels good on muscles in your feet and throughout your body. I was surprised that your company was the only one that carried what I was looking for.
I do love the sandals. I wear them around the house during the mornings and on weekends and it just feels good and helps relax muscles throughout my body.
